The Haunted Mansion was absolutely lovely. It has wonderful character, and we had some suspicious light flickering, making it even more spooky! It is on the edge of the edge of the French Quarter, making it very walkable. I would absolutely recommend the house for a large group!

Fun, funky home in a fun funky town. So easy to get to everything we wanted to do. There was enough space for all of us and I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here as a group of 9 for my bachelorette! The space was perfect and I would even say the pictures don't do it justice onto just how large all the rooms were. Great location made everything feel very walkable and accessible. everyone had their own bathrooms which for a group of girls is just the cherry on top! Marigny was so helpful and attentive with all our questions and our check-in check-out!

Our family of 6 spent a wonderful week here. The location was great... easy walk to the French Quarter... public transport available if needed... parking in front of the Airbnb always available. The home itself was outstanding and the host went over and above to make us comfortable. Any questions were answered immediately. I highly recommend this host and this location for anyone visiting New Orleans.

Hosts incredibly responsive and proactive. Checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything and provided a pack n play for an infant which was super helpful.
House was perfect for a group. Walkable to French Quarter and Frenchman Street.
Front bedrooms can be noisy from traffic so earplugs maybe a good idea but no one in the group had any complaints. Older house so there’s some “character” but we liked that.

Great place for a large group! Close to the action, while being a bit removed from it. For the number of bedrooms and bathrooms this place is a great value.

Excellent in every way. 9 of us from the UK visiting for a birthday celebration. Great location. Very large property with separate beds for each individual guest.
Very responsive so to messages.
There was no kettle in the house to make tea but we had one delivered within the hour after notifying the team.
Would definitely stay again

Great stay for all types of vacations! We stayed for a bachelor party and it was surrounded with great pubs, places to eat, live music… Highly recommend this place for everyone!
Only complaint/request is that the owner should put portable fans in all rooms. He had portable heaters in each room but not fans. Other than this it was amazing. FYI I feel bad because I didn’t express this with him until this post so to make sure I’m being clear we really enjoyed our stay and overall I’d give it a 4.8/5 and will say it is worth every penny!

Beautiful historic place, although the local historians didn't know much about it. Spacious enough for larger groups when having the whole house. It worked great for our family reunion! Everyone loved the set up, antique cupboards/armoires , and the farmhouse sink!
The hosts were right on top of everything, answering any questions in a very timely manner. The lift was a back saver for our matriarch and her scooter.
We loved the location, as we could walk to most places, or catch the trolleys to go a bit further and explore. The only mild complaint was that it is on a very busy street, although those of us from the west coast did feel at home with the traffic noises. All in all, a wonderful stay and experience.

Absolutely perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day of sightseeing. Location is safe with lots to do within walking distance… even with it being 100° outside.
We would definitely stay here again and have recommended to our friends and family.

This huge house was perfect for a large group. The property is a short walk to the French quarter. The property is exactly what you would expect when you think of old New Orleans charm. With that being said, the house is quirky. For example, there is a tiny bathroom (like the size of a coat closet) at the base of the stairs and in some of the bathrooms the toilet is right up against the tub. I personally found it endearing, but if you are looking for a modern space, this is not it. Even though the property is old, it was very clean and well maintained. I would stay here again

We were a group of friends travelling together. One thing we loved was that every bedroom had its own (full) bathroom). The house is a lovely old mansion full of charm. Despite the very hot and humid weather, the house was always very comfortable and cool. The little couryard was a lovely place for us to gather before heading out for the evening. The location is well situated - very close to the French Quarter, Louis Armstrong Park, and right near a street car stop. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very prompt in their response. Highly recommend this property for a group!

The place is great, fit 13 of us comfortably. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of ACs and heaters to keep it comfortable. And we loved how the French doors in the living room opened up to the courtyard. This place was also a prime location especially for Mardi Gras as most everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The Marigny is a great neighborhood with tons of great restaurants nearby. The only complaint is some of the bathrooms were a bit small and the street was really noisy, especially at night, but I believe that was more due to the craziness of Mardi Gras. however, all my friends love the place and are already interested in doing this again another year. how the French doors in the living room opened up to the courtyard
